• Mouth rinse: Dilute 3 drops in 100 ml water, gargle and spit out.
• Foot bath: Add 5–6 drops to warm water.
• Aroma spray: Mix 15–20 drops with 250 ml water, shake before use.
• Aroma lamp: Use 5–6 drops.
