Refund and Returns Policy

Return or exchange of products purchased through the xxxxxx site is possible up to 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
Returns and exchanges are only possible if the product or products are returned in their original packaging and in working condition, unused, with tags in place. Return and/or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The amount for the returned goods is refunded within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the goods by bank transfer to the account known in writing by the CLIENT. Only the value of the products is refunded. No transport costs are established.

COMPLAINTS

Claims for obvious defects must be made within 3 working days after receiving the goods. When advertising, the CLIENT can claim:

Return of the product and refund of the amount paid by the CUSTOMER in the event that there are deficiencies, inconsistency with the announced size, color or price.

Replacement of the goods – in case of manufacturing defects of the goods or wrongly sent product.

If the advertisement is established, the goods should be returned to xxxxxx at the address Bulgaria, Ruse, with a courier company at the expense of the BUYER. xxxxxx will replace your item within 7 days of the date of return or refund the amount paid if the product has already been sold out. xxxxxx pays the amount no later than 30 working days from the date on which the user advertised, by bank transfer to the account informed in writing by the CLIENT.

WARRANTY

The statutory warranty on all products is 2 years and starts from the date of sale. We will remedy defects due to material omissions or manufacturing errors.

It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that the product is secure in his possession and his company is limited to reasonable and applicable functions.

Care must be taken with steel to protect against contamination or corrosive substances.

The warranty does not cover:

-removed parts, damage or defects caused by improper use or maintenance.

-Lost or theft.

-Broken tip, chips on the blade.

-Damage caused by throwing, prying, abuse, product modifications, mishandling, accident, improper sharpening or normal wear and tear.

-Scratched / cut / worn coatings from use.

-Oxidation of the steel / rust /.

Any misuse of a Bio Roses product will void this warranty.

Bio Roses reserves the right to make the final decision on what is considered “fair use” or “misuse”.

Warranty claims will only be accepted if the item is delivered/sent fully assembled and well packed together with a brief description of the damage and a sales document or invoice. The warranty period for repair and return of goods is 30 days.
